From processing domestic animals to wild game, we can do it all. Our modern, USDA inspected processing facility is well-equipped with frozen storage features capable of meeting even our highest demand seasons. Aside from our facility, we employ some of the most experienced butchers in the area. They know how to properly slaughter, hang, and cut beef, and pork to get the most out of every ounce of meat available. We do it right and we do it in a timely fashion.

Beef and Hogs Done the Way You Want It

At Miltona Custom Meats we regularly process beef, and hogs. Whether you’re bringing in your own hand-raised animal or are looking to us to source a quality animal for you, we can meet your needs. We source animals from respected local farms that have met our vetting requirements, ensuring that you get a quality product right from the get-go.

Beyond the animal selection process, the service title says it all, we provide CUSTOM processing. You pick the package weight, cuts per package, cut thickness, etc. and we do the rest. At Miltona Custom Meats our custom processing includes precision cutting, proper wrapping, and timely freezing. When you bring an animal to us, that is the same animal you’ll get back… only better! And when you have us source a beef, or hog for you, you’ll get to fill your freezer with locally grown and processed meats that you can feel good about.

  • Beef are available by the whole, half, mixed quarter

Sausage Making

Aside from precision processing, sausage making is our true calling. At Miltona Custom Meats we are known throughout the state and the region for our numerous sausage varieties… some of them award-winning, all of them great tasting. We make sausage in the traditional methods, using only quality casings and mixing the perfect blend of meat and seasoning. Many of our homemade sausage recipes date back over 60 years, prior to when our meat market first opened. Relying on those traditional recipes, we’ve expanded on our sausage varieties to include some not-so-traditional flavors.

When you have your meat custom processed with us, we can transform a portion of it into great tasting sausages, sticks, and jerky that your family and friends will love.

USDA Inspected Facility

Miltona Custom Meats is a USDA inspected processing facility. To be a USDA inspected facility we must check animals for overall health upon arrival at our facility, ensure humane handling, enforce proper and safe food handling practices for all our products, perform routine bacteriological testing, and more. USDA inspectors are on site each day we slaughter and further process meats. We work with inspectors to ensure the meat products we sell are safe for you to eat.
